We did not have breakfast. The location was awesome--a nice community with restaurants, a bakery, a food store, and a lovely walking and bike lane surrounded by trees between the two directions of car traffic. It was less than a km walk from the metro station, and an easy metro hop to the Hauptwache area with shops, restaurants, the river, Old Town, etc. The room was a reasonable size and had a clean, remodeled bathroom of reasonable size.

The location is in the quiet and secure looking neighbourhood. The tram stop is in a 5-minute walk. Staff is really nice and outgoing, answered all our questions, and helped with some situations. They are very customer friendly. Fast reply through booking messages. Clean bathroom and really good and soft bed.

The room was cosy, warm and I had one of the best sleep this year for 2 days. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs. They treeted me like a friend, helped me with printing some papers and gave me lots of local advise when I asked.

Vadims

Much better than I expected, no problem for short stays. The receptionist may react slowly by check-in (you could ring the doorbell or write him or call him). By checkout you can leave the card into the receipt room.

in comparison to its low price, all the things exceeded my expectations and I am very happy. for sure I will accomodate again here in my next trips.
